Most packages are available for groups up to 5, 10, or 20 kids! You can also add additional kids to any of the tiers to reach your desired headcount

Easy and Stress Free
We take care of all the setup and clean-up, so you can focus on having a great time with your guests and bring your vision to life. During the event you'll also have a dedicated staff member to help ensure everything you need is taken care of

Customizable and Special Events
We offer a variety of party packages, but you can add unique touches to theme from color themes, special order balloon arches, table decor, food requests etc. All to ensure your guest of honor or event has that special buzz

Flexible Scheduling
Parties and events can be booked any day of the week during our opening hours. While making your booking, if the time you're needing is fully reserved the system will automatically show you close alternatives

Do I have to make a down payment for parties?
Yes, 50% will be due upon booking and then the remaining 50% will be due the day of. Any additional add ons will be charged at the end of the event

What form of payments are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash. Checks are not permitted

Do adults count towards my guest total?
No, only the children count towards your headcount. For capacity we do limit our adults to children ratio at a 1:2

Can I bring my own decorations and party supplies?
Yes, but please no silly string, confetti, glitter, or pinatas. To hang decorations on our walls please use sticky tack or painter's tape. Violations will result in an extra $100 fee.

What if I or my guests are late for the party?
We understand that circumstances happen; however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, you will have less time in the play space and possibly the party

Do all my guests need to wear socks?
Anyone who is planning on playing then he/she will need socks
